iOS Developer in Islamabad

Islamabad product teams choose cross-platform development to avoid running two separate mobile codebases. I build with React Native and TypeScript, so screens, business logic and API code are shared instead of duplicated.

To be precise about my experience: my production releases so far have been Android builds on the Play Store. React Native itself is cross-platform, and I structure code so platform-specific parts stay isolated, but I do not claim iOS release experience.

How a cross-platform codebase stays healthy

The goal is a clear boundary: shared UI components and hooks, a typed API layer, and a small set of platform files for the few things that genuinely differ, such as permissions, notification setup and storage. NativeWind keeps styling consistent, Reanimated handles motion off the JavaScript thread, and MMKV keeps local reads synchronous and fast.

Bilingual and RTL-ready

Islamabad products frequently need English and Urdu. My gold trading app runs full right-to-left with dual-script typography, and my open source react-native-rtl-kit converts physical style properties like marginLeft into RTL-safe logical ones, which removes a whole class of layout bugs.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build native iOS apps?

I build in React Native. My released apps so far are on Android, and I do not claim iOS release experience. If iOS store release is critical for you, tell me early and we can scope it honestly.

Why choose React Native over two native apps?

One team and one codebase for most features means faster delivery and lower maintenance, at the cost of a small amount of platform-specific work.

How do you keep performance high on mid-range phones?

MMKV for storage, TanStack Query for caching, list virtualisation, and Reanimated for animation, plus testing on real mid-range Android devices.
